On the 22nd September 2011, we walked along to our local church in Dunston where the Reverend David Atkinson met us. While we were there we explored the inside of the church and learned lots about baptism.

In this picture you can see Mum (Teri), Dad (Ewan), Godmothers (Courtney and Tilly) and three Godfathers (Ryan, Bradley G and Connor). They are using the doll to act out the christening of baby Rose.

 Here is Reverend David at the font using the holy water to baptise baby Rose. He made the sign of a cross on the forehead of the baby to show that the child now belongs to the church.
